1.9 TDI SWaps
If your old 1.9 TDi BLS code engine is worn out we can swap this out for the “PD130” Engine – The PD130 is known for its robust build — featuring forged internals, a strong bottom end, and excellent durability.
R32 Swaps
If you are bored of the dull diesel engine in your van. Dont worry we can swap this out for a petrol engine. The R32 engine is for people who want a unique, naturally aspirated driving experience with great sound, solid performance, and strong tuning potential.
CR Swaps
If you want a bit more of a refined diesel engine we can also swap out the “PD” engine for a Comman Rail Powered engine. Much quieter and smoother at idle and under load — less “tractor-like” than the older PD engines (e.g., PD130). They also Still remain reliable when tuned sensibly.

Here is some of the projects we have already worked on
Orange Caddy BLS to PD150
This van started life as a poorly 1.9 BLS engine. We swapped the engine out for a PD150 engine along with a new turbo. Fitted Touran Clocks swapped milage over along with cruise control retrofit.
Caddy Maxi Life DSG to Manual
This van come to us with an unhappy DSG gearbox. But the van also had the BLS engine fitted. The owner wanted to replace this at the same time. So we swapped the DSG for a manual gearbox 6 Speed along with a fresh PD130 Engine.
Caddy Maxi CR Conversion
This van come to us as a NON runner. again dead BLS engine. This is our own shop van. Which we have now fully swapped to a 2L CR140 CBAB engine code. Everything works as it should. Along with 6 speed gearbox. Keep pealed more mods coming to this van!
