RETURNS POLICY


Unused goods
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from this website, you may return unused goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. 
 You must call to be issued with returns number, which you will then need to be marked clearly on the outside of the box that it is being returned in. Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Faulty Goods
CaddyTech powered golf trolleys are covered by a comprehensive 12 month warranty. In the unlikely event that you encounter a problem, all you need to do is contact us. If the problem can not be resolved over the phone, we will issue you with a returns number and then arrange to collect the trolley from you, fix the problem (or replace the trolley if we can't fix it), then return it back to you. All of this is done at our expense and as quickly as possible.

If your trolley is out with it's warranty period you still need to contact us to get a returns number and then you will need to return the trolley to the address shown above at your expense, you will then be charged a minimal fee for parts, labour and return carriage.

The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package. Please also include a covering letter outlining the problem, to assist in diagnosing. Please note: For purchases made outside the mainland UK, we cannot pay for the shipping charges.



All CaddyTech trolleys  are backed by our 12 month comprehensive warranty.



For Peace of Mind

During the first 12 months, if your trolley develops a fault during normal use, we will arrange for our couriers to collect the trolley from you, we will then repair the trolley and return it back to you - all at our expense. If we are not able to repair the trolley then we will replace it with a new one.
