RETURNS POLICY

Unused goods

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from this website, you may return unused goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that show evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
You must call to be issued with returns number, which you will then need to be marked clearly on the outside of the box that it is being returned in. Returns of non-defective items are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

Faulty Goods

CaddyTech powered golf trolleys are covered by a 30 day warranty. If you encounter any problems all you need to do is contact us. If the problem cannot be resolved via e mail or telephone we will arrange to collect the trolley from you, fix the problem or if the fault cannot be rectified replace the trolley with a new one.

All of this is at our expense and as quickly as possible.
